This is a shot of a packed Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska. Otherwise known as the Sea of Red. The temperature topped 106 degrees, but many of the almost 78,000 fans toughed it out until the end. |

Turning around, I shot my fellow Husker freaks in the north stands. They arrive early and in red. Yes, it is a religion here. |

Here is a shot of the Huskers running out onto the field. I had a slight camera problem (switched lenses just as they were coming out) which missed the initial group of athletes. You get the idea, though. |
